Key Responsibilities:
- Directing the technical planning and execution of construction initiatives.
- Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and continuity, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies, architects, project managers, and consultants.
- Drafting project design briefs and specific requirements for tenants.
- Introducing innovative and sustainable practices early in the project lifecycle.
- Aligning with customer and tenant expectations.
- Working closely with regulatory bodies and external partners until project completion.
- Preparing and leading decision-making meetings, management presentations, and external communications.
- Securing and adhering to all project-related decisions and internal approvals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols on-site in accordance with Siemens' commitment to a "Zero Harm Culture".
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in construction engineering or architecture.
- Over a decade of experience in project management, particularly with large-scale office and R&D construction projects exceeding €60 million.
- Proven experience in leading external teams and managing stakeholders.
- Expertise in integrating design criteria during the construction phase.
- A strong emphasis on sustainability and innovation.
- Excellent management and decision-making capabilities.
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
- Knowledge of local construction standards and safety regulations.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with a willingness to travel.
