About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd level support services to our partners and customers. This role will work closely with our Line 1 Service Desk and other delivery teams to resolve incidents and implement service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support services to resolve partner and end-user incidents across our managed and support services.
- Install, uninstall, troubleshoot, data recovery, and maintain applications, products, and equipment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to 1st Level Service Desk agents.
- Evaluate and escalate incidents to next level and vendor support when the solution is unknown.
- Manage and maintain the Network Operating Centre (NOC) to ensure security and availability are maintained, customer environments are accurately monitored, and Service Desk tools remain functional.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native Spanish speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2/C1 level).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer.
- Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies.
- One or more of the following industry certifications: CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE, or equivalent vendor/industry certification.
- Nice to have: Knowledge in Palo Alto Products.
- TD SYNNEX will fund the training to PCNSE accreditation.
