- Manage and optimize maintenance processes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze technical problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance techniques to prevent equipment failures.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in maintenance and project management.
- Previous experience in tramway maintenance and operations.
- Driver's license.
- High English language proficiency.
- Fluent in French desirable.
- Desirable knowledge of railway structures.
