As a pivotal member of our Product Security team at Airbus Defence & Space, located in Getafe (Madrid), you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our products and services against cybersecurity threats throughout their lifecycle—from initial research and technology phases to end-of-life considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining product security requirements and overseeing their design, implementation, and compliance.
  • Leading the development of security architectures based on comprehensive risk assessments, utilizing methodologies such as MAGERIT, NIST, and EBIOS.
  • Ensuring that our products are inherently secure by design and comply with national and international security regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including customers and program managers, to achieve product security milestones.
  • Providing cybersecurity consultancy and promoting a security-by-design approach across various projects.
  • Conducting thorough security risk assessments and defining necessary security controls.
  • Creating detailed security designs for subsystems and components.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable security standards and regulations.
  • Driving the development of Security Operating Procedures to maintain product security throughout their lifecycle.
  • Acting as the focal point for product security within your domain.
  • Participating in international working groups and customer meetings to present our security approach.

- Proficiency in security architecture design and knowledge of network and application security.
