Job Title: Server, Library Bar

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at the iconic Fairmont Royal York. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and beverage lists.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food and beverage setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • Smart Serve training program certification.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shift work as scheduled.
