Commercial Growth Director (Clinical Research Services)
Parexel is seeking a seasoned Commercial Growth Director responsible for driving business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the clinical trial industry and be able to leverage this expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Acquisition:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business across all SBUs, focusing on Ph II and III clinical trial solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and successful client onboarding. - Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across client organizations. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points, and leverage this knowledge to propose tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. - Competitive Intelligence:
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Use this intelligence to inform sales strategies and ensure Parexel remains a leader in the clinical trial services market. - Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with Solution Consultants, Commercial Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all sales initiatives. - Client Relationship Management:
Ensure a smooth transition of new business to delivery teams, maintaining open communication and ensuring client needs are met throughout the sales process.
