About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead a team of Senior Global Risk Management Plan Managers, Senior Medical Writers, and AR&RM Analysts. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing Risk Management Plan strategies and Aggregate Reports for assigned high-priority products/therapies.
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining Senior Global RMP Managers, Senior Medical Writers, and AR&RM Analysts.
- Providing operational and strategic guidance on RMP & AR processes, policy, templates, and training.
- Collaborating with Global Head Aggregate Reports & Risk Management to set department objectives and achieve them.
- Advising and influencing the organization regarding Aggregate Reports & Risk Management concepts, strategy, and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a scientific degree, with a life sciences degree desirable. Advanced degree (Masters, MD, PharmD or PhD) required. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
