Project Manager - Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Sales team in San Fernando de Henares, Spain. As a key member of our Projects department, you will be responsible for leveraging your engineering background to drive project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are feasible and align with engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage engineering expertise to bring technical insights and solutions to project planning and execution
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans that address all key aspects and drive successful outcomes
  • Utilize strong communication skills to facilitate smooth information flow and minimize misunderstandings
  • Lead multiple projects from start to finish, employing strong organizational skills to handle varying complexity and size
  • Identify, track, and resolve project issues promptly, working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
  • Plan and monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously, conducting thorough research and analysis
  • Apply quality tools to identify and manage project risks, collaborating with the team to develop alternative strategies or solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous
  • Intermediate experience in managing and leading projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and guiding team members to achieve project goals
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful outcomes
