About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Senior Manager to join our team at Roadis Transportation Holding Sl. in Madrid. As a key member of our Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our operations are environmentally, socially, and economically responsible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on environmental impacts of our operations, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other managers to develop company-wide sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to reduce our carbon footprint through conservation measures.
  • Track progress towards company goals and develop metrics to measure success.
  • Prepare and implement sustainability and climate change strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, or civil engineering.
  • C1 level of English proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing sustainability projects.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with sustainability ratings and regulatory changes requirements.
  • Analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
