We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best candidates for our clients. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to clients.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in recruitment, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruiter at Umbral Capital Humano, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and candidates, and to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
