Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead the sourcing and procurement efforts for our US Generics business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sourcing strategy that drives cost savings, improves quality, and enhances supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and ensures the delivery of high-quality products to customers.
- Identify, select, and manage a portfolio of suppliers that meet the company's quality, cost, and service requirements.
- Lead the negotiation of agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, improved terms, and enhanced service levels.
- Develop and implement a supplier performance management process that drives continuous improvement and ensures compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
