We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Specialist to join our team and lead the development of the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for one of our cosmetic brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and operations planning process to ensure accurate forecasting, optimized inventory levels, and optimal cost.
- Consolidate and Challenge Forecasts: Consolidate forecasts from all markets, challenge and validate the accuracy of the forecasts, and detect potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide Inputs to Strategic Planning: Provide critical inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Global Sales and Operations Meetings: Lead regular meetings with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning to discuss key performance indicators, forecast accuracy, and sales forecast vs budget.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas. Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
- Education: Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar. A Master's degree in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- Competencies: Drive for results, high analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication. Organized and able to deliver on time.
- Technical Skills: High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software. SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tools are mandatory.
