About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Finance Analyst to join our Lodging & Media Solutions Commercial Finance Team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Media Solutions and Strategy teams and be a key partner to stakeholders driving commercial initiatives.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with prior experience in enabling solid business decisions through financial insights, meaningful analysis, and reporting as well as business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support on strategic projects to grow adoption of our Lodging supply and Media Solutions products
  • Participate in a variety of strategic projects
  • Distil complex financial data into impactful and actionable commercial insights
  • Proactively partner with business stakeholders to better understand Risks & Opportunities
  • Analyze business trends and investigate variances versus expectations
  • Develop financial business cases to support investment decisions
  • Contribute to the broader team & cross-functional deliverables
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science) or equivalent related professional experience
  • 2/3+ years of relevant experience
  • High level of intellectual curiosity that drives sense of ownership and desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to think big and small
  • Well-organized, very independent, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects within challenging timelines
  • Ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences to drive better decision-making
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Willing to learn Tableau, Python
