We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Liven S.A.U. as a key member of our production department. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production lines, ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the implementation and follow-up of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Coordinate and implement preventive maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Work closely with the production team to analyze production lines and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all materials and supplies are properly managed and utilized.
- Interface with production scheduling to determine schedules for weekly production and ensure that all production targets are met.
- Responsible for providing necessary human resources based on production scheduling and ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control time and attendance, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Interface with maintenance supervisor to coordinate daily tasks and ensure that all maintenance activities are properly planned and executed.
- Support manager during staff selection and recruitment, ensuring that all new hires are properly trained and integrated into the team.
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Catalan, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
