About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Advisor to join our team at Bluetree Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding new-build projects through development, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project designs and scrutinize contractual agreements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate and manage EPC tenders with precision, ensuring project success.
  • Provide technical support to clients, guiding them through every project phase and uncovering potential issues and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of our clients, ensuring they emerge victorious in every deal.
  • Lead and inspire your team with effective communication, ensuring a harmonious flow of energy within the project.
  • Champion the cause of safety, ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in PV solar plant Technical Advisory, including development, design, construction, and operation.
  • MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Team player with leadership capabilities.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other European languages is a strong plus.
