Accounts Payable Specialist

**Job Summary**

ThermoFisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment to suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze and process accounts payable transactions, including invoices, credits, and payments
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
