About You

We are in search of an IT specialist with a keen interest in Identity Security. You will be part of a global, cross-disciplinary team and will have the chance to contribute to significant IT initiatives at Roche.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and administration of identity and access management systems.
- Conduct security evaluations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Engage in incident response and troubleshooting activities.
- Work alongside stakeholders to ascertain security identity needs and formulate strategic plans.
- Keep abreast of the latest security technologies and methodologies, providing suggestions for enhancements.
- Remain cognizant of operational challenges and prospects; collaborate with support teams to offer internal escalation assistance as required.
- Ensure that implemented solutions and components adhere to Quality/Regulatory standards, as necessary.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrated, resilient, and dependable solutions.
- Assess new promising Identity solutions and their viability in fulfilling Roche's business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices is advantageous.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
