We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Stewardess to join our team at Vortx. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Chief Stewardess in a similar size yacht, with a strong background in hospitality and corporate aviation. The position is temporary until the end of the season, but can become permanent after the summer if both parties are happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the interior team of 3 and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Oversee the maintenance of the yacht's interior and ensure it meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the captain and other senior crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Chief Stewardess in a similar size yacht
  • 5 years of experience in yachting, hospitality, or corporate aviation
  • STCW and ENG1 certifications
  • Food and Hygiene certifications
  • Monthly salary of 6,200€
  • 60 days of leave per annum (if becomes permanent)
  • 1 day off per week
