About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fleet Service Representative to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our Commercial Sales and Truck Fleet team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our fleet customers and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to our fleet customers and service providers, ensuring their total satisfaction and the smooth operation of our processes.
- Drive the Helpdesk process, handling disputes, prioritizing queries, and ensuring timely back-office support.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Sales and Truck Fleet team members to provide system and administrative support.
- Partner with Commercial Sales and Truck Fleet team members to support customer calls/visits and provide advice on existing/new contracts.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous work experience in sales call centers and/or the tire industry would be an asset.
- Strong commercial acumen and business skills for working with Sales, Customers, and Service providers.
- Proficiency in IT, especially SAP applications and MS Office (Access, optional).
- Interest in tire technology and transportation business.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Agility to adapt to changing environments and customer requests.
- Flexibility for occasional customer visits.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Italian, English, and local language.
