About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of 10-15 digital sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the alliances team to develop marketing collateral and drive lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class tools and processes to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital sales, with 3+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership skills, including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology and sales forecasting and data analytics.
  • Enthusiasm for technology sales and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian (at least two languages).
