**About Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Social Media Trainee. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business objectives through effective social media marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Support the activation of social media campaigns and assist in creating content for our Radisson Hotels and Radisson RED TikTok channel.
- Assist in researching and following up on social media trends to optimize our content plan.
- Track and analyze data across social media channels to inform future marketing strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with another European language being a plus.
- Passionate about and experienced with social media platforms.
- Ability to easily put together videos through editing tools such as CapCut.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Good team player.
- Well-organized with an eye for detail.
- Flexible and cooperative.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Capable of working under pressure, independently, and meeting deadlines.
