We are seeking a highly skilled Global Inventory Manager to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels and demand management activities to support the A400M Global Support contract.
Main Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve inventory turnover.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on inventory levels, demand, and supply chain performance.
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Experience: Strong experience in supply chain and logistics, with a focus on inventory management.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, SAP R/3 expertise, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluent English written and spoken.
