Deployment Engineer

This Deployment Engineer position is a key part of our team at Idemia, responsible for defining the system integration strategy and configuring, installing, and validating our solutions to meet customers' requirements and optimize our business value.
Key Responsibilities- The OTA Team deploys already created applications, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our solutions.
- Defines integration and test strategy, test plan, and test scenarios to ensure thorough validation of our solutions.
- Ensures requirements traceability and coverage, guaranteeing that our solutions meet customer needs.
- Develops and implements DevOps and CI/CD approaches to streamline our development and deployment processes.
- Builds the integration environment and installs or upgrades our solutions, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Performs system integration and validation tests, including load, performance, high availability, accuracy, and security tests, to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards.
- Investigates issues by analyzing logs during test execution, reports incidents through our configuration management tool, and monitors them until closure.
- Produces documentation that enables proper installation, testing, operations, and administration of our solutions.
- Prepares and provides training for customer, support, and maintenance teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to operate and maintain our solutions.
- Supports pre-sales teams on specific technical requests related to integration activities, providing expert guidance and advice.
- Executes complex and multiple integration tasks and tests, including definition and implementation of procedures, requiring advanced knowledge of operating systems, databases, and integration tools.
- Interacts with stakeholders across different teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Guides less experienced integrators on part of the scope, providing mentorship and support.
