About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Driven Business Solutions Engineer to join our Client Engineering squad at EG&R Engineering PC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in co-creating innovative AI-driven business solutions using Foundation Models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI systems tailored to solve real-world business challenges across various industries.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and sales teams to facilitate rapid client delivery and product innovation.
  • Contribute to the development of AI solutions and exposure to Foundation Models or large language models.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience in designing AI solutions and exposure to Foundation Models or large language models.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, while knowledge of Catalan is preferred.
