About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing a highly available and scalable security infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on scaling our Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) infrastructure and contributing to the enhancement of our internal systems for intelligence management, internal threat monitoring, and threat intelligence processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a highly available and scalable security infrastructure
- Automating the deployment and scaling of security tools and services
- Collaborating with CTI analysts to ensure that the infrastructure supports advanced threat detection, analysis, and response capabilities
- Implementing and managing monitoring solutions to proactively detect and respond to security incidents
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including GRC, security, and development, to align infrastructure strategies with business goals and security requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, DevSecOps, or related role with a focus on infrastructure development and security
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, containerisation, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python)
- An excellent understanding of security best practices, including threat modelling, vulnerability management, and incident response
