We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Coach to join our Global Digital Workflows team. As a Digital Transformation Coach, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt agile methodologies and improve their workflow processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that backlogs are properly maintained by application managers, service owners, and process owners.
- Enable application managers, service owners, and process owners to maintain backlogs.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the digital workflows team.
- Organize and moderate Scrum ceremonies for service and process teams in the digital workflows team.
- Provide agile training and coaching for different service/process teams within the digital workflows team.
- Support digital workflows teams in determining resource allocations to maintain agile practices and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Define, develop, and maintain reports based on Azure DevOps to track project and service progress and support decision-making.
- Maintain Azure DevOps for the digital workflows team.
- Establish aligned processes to accommodate different iteration and release cycles on cross-functional topics, such as ServiceNow sprints fitting to Azure DevOps sprints.
- Ensure that documentation is available for all team members on agile methods applicable to them.
- Support team leads and project managers in project planning to minimize project impact on business-as-usual activities and define realistic due dates.
- Represent the digital workflows team in our activity management initiative.
- Contribute to the IT organization's agile journey by actively participating in the initiative and acting as a sparring partner for representatives of other centers of competence.
**Requirements**
- You have at least 5-7 years of IT work experience in software development.
- You have successfully completed a master's degree.
- You have in-depth experience in the use of agile methods such as Agile/Scrum.
- You have very good knowledge of common IT processes (e.g., ITIL framework) to support us as part of an IT service management organization.
