We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our team at EcoVadis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients towards a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our clients to analyze their business needs and develop efficient solutions;
- Define and maintain the technical architecture roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of new and existing functionality;
- Deliver architectural services, including guidance, conceptual design, and technical innovations;
- Work closely with developers to implement coding standards and best practices;
- Investigate emerging technologies and develop Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs;
- Develop and introduce new approaches, methodologies, and tools to enhance our department's capabilities;
- Validate software technical blueprints to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Architect or Lead/Chief Architect role;
- Excellent knowledge of software engineering processes, including coding, testing, deployment, scalability, security, and maintainability;
- Strong expertise in Microsoft stack (.Net,.Net Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure);
- Experience in defining and enforcing architectural patterns (SOA, CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.);
- Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures with a deep understanding of best practices, design patterns, and principles for highly decoupled and scalable systems;
- Extensive experience in data engineering, data analytics, and data governance, with a focus on making microservice data available to the wider organization;
- Past experience in building reusable platform services and leveraging an API-first approach;
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, ElasticSearch, for data persistence and/or caching;
- Experience in API Management (routing, gateways, versioning) with a profound understanding of API development aspects;
- Experience in working with global and regional projects, virtual expert teams, and adapting to cultural differences;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English.
