Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join our team at Kids&Us. As a Language Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs
  • Provide individualized support to students, including extra help and feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve instructional methods
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational research to ensure high-quality instruction

Requirements

  • Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
  • Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with work hours and availability
