Job Information

Blue Code Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Alicante, Spain.

We are embarking on a new journey to build a cutting-edge global learning and development platform, powered by Artificial Intelligence. This platform will enable employees of large companies to continuously develop themselves in a customized and transparent manner.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team in designing, building, and maintaining web applications.
  • Oversee both backend and frontend development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Participate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Proven experience leading a development team.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with popular workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
  • English B2 level or higher is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
