- Build Product Strategy & Roadmap (3-Year Strategy, 4-Quarter Roadmap, 3-Month Backlog)
- Develop Business Case ROI
- Establish and Measure KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts)
- Define Product Features (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories)
- Assist Business Rollout (Business Training, Sales Support)
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required
- Experience in managing technical products (API-driven)
- Knowledge and understanding of API Marketplaces
