Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDM Expert to join our team as a Lead SAP Consultant MDM. As a key member of our SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solution team, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively maintain recognized expert level knowledge in Master Data Management domains and provide definitive and expert advice.
- Orchestrate the development and design of the roadmap to the current S/4HANA Digital Core solution and supervise the delivery of the planned solutions in integration with any peripheral application systems.
- Promote Master Data Governance best-practice within the organization and support process and organization building to support the business model.
- Support external environment and assessment of emerging technologies to evaluate the potential impacts, threats and opportunities to the organization.
- Contribute to the development of lean solution architecture, review and verify any software or data modelling design to ensure security and scalability is aligned with evolving IT governance standards.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations in terms of solution delivery, E2E process alignment and technology stack development to support business queries and solution continuous improvement.
- Recruit, allocate resources and actively mentor team members.
Requirements
- Sound operational experience in SAP S/4HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge in core data objects including: Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment and any subsequent data distribution methods.
- Very strong understanding of tech & business processes in the domain of SAP X-functional master data management.
- Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions - previous project experience in retail, e-commerce or fashion industry is a plus.
- Proven functional consulting experience with process-oriented mindsets.
- Experience in product-led driven solutioning environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and opinions to stakeholders.
