Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to join our team in Spain. As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company, depending on size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processing, including payroll balances and controls, from source to gross and gross to net.
  • Provide payroll accounting support and handle complex payroll queries and escalations.
  • Manage vendor operations and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury, and others.
  • Participate in process improvement projects, country expansions, and new payroll setup.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Spanish Payroll.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookup, and other formulas.
  • Good analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Spanish Labor Code, Taxation, and Social Security System.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ADP software.
  • Experience with process transitions.
  • Sense of innovation.
