Position Title: Clinical Trainer CGM

Position Overview:

The Clinical Trainer CGM (CTC) will be responsible for delivering training and certification on sensor insertion and removal techniques as necessary. You will engage with designated customer accounts or prospects to coordinate all aspects of clinical training, certification, and support for ADC CGM products. Collaborating with the commercial team, you will act as a CGM technology expert, developing key initiatives outlined in the Regional and Key Account Plans to meet commercial objectives through Scientific/Medical support, including interactions with key stakeholders, participation in congresses, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinical centers.
• Deliver comprehensive training on sensor insertion and removal techniques to healthcare professionals, ensuring full certification prior to patient interactions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to assist with sensor insertion and removal cases, providing training, certification, and follow-up with local healthcare providers.
• Work alongside other clinical trainers across the country, covering various territories as needed and supporting the sales team with updated messaging.
• Oversee logistics, including planning certifications, preparing clinics, and managing supplies for HCP training, certification, and patient education.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse, Veterinarian, or equivalent.
• Fluency in the local language and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across a large geographical area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a surgical environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in training or educating healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with simple in-house procedures, a background in educating HCPs and patients, familiarity with the medical device industry, and knowledge of diabetes management. Frequent overnight travel is a requirement for this role.
