Key Responsibilities- Challenge and Improve Data Queries: Collaborate with our data scientists and concept designers to challenge and improve data queries, ensuring that we extract the most valuable insights from our data.
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards: Design, create, and document new dashboards that add value to our Analytics Suite product, using tools like Tableau.
- Own and Execute Projects: Take ownership of projects, working in a combination of operative and strategic settings, such as conceptualizing and executing reports, defining formats and service products, and working on strategic frameworks or supporting process setup.
- Develop Analytics Principles: Further develop our analytics principles and standards of clean data structures, visualizations, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Tableau Expertise: 2+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking, structured work style, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Technical Skills: Good expertise in Python and SQL, with a good eye for design.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Previous working experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on Mindset: Hands-on mindset and ability to create and produce output (e.g., presentations, concepts, reports) both individually and as part of a team.
- Ownership and Communication: Comfortable taking ownership of independent projects and good communication skills (fluent in German and/or English).
