Job Summary:

Grace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper/Interna to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the property, ensuring it is kept in a 5-star hotel-like condition.
  • Manage the household's inventory, including cleaning supplies, linens, and other essentials.
  • Coordinate with external contractors, such as pool maintenance and gardeners, to ensure the property's upkeep.
  • Monitor and maintain all household equipment and appliances.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our family members, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
  • Work collaboratively with other household staff to maintain a smooth and efficient household operation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Proven experience working as a housekeeper for high-net-worth individuals or families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours during peak periods, such as summer months.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to €2000 per year.
  • 1.5 days off per week, including a full day off on Mondays and half a day off on Sundays.
