Electronics Engineer Opportunity at Set Europa

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our team at Set Europa, a company specializing in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) and cutting-edge technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex hardware and firmware projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration of components.
  • Collaborate with project development teams to drive project success.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from concept design to product release, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Report directly to the area manager, ensuring open communication and alignment.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in electronic-related studies, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex hardware solutions, with a strong understanding of microcontrollers and RTOS.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and/or Python, with experience in PCB design and layout.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with wireless communication protocols, such as Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, WiFi, and NB-IoT.
  • Enthusiasm for IoT platforms and frameworks, with experience in sensor integration and data acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
