About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist for MRP and Regulatory Compliance to join our team at GMV. As a key member of our hardware division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering projects, including Galileo and military-themed initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Documentation and REACH/RoHS lines of the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize the management of MRP (Navision Dynamics), serving as the link between the production department and the Project team.
  • Improve the traceability of processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Strengthen the REACH and RoHS line of the department, driving compliance and efficiency.
Requirements

We are looking for graduates or technicians with training and interest in document and administrative management of engineering projects. Knowledge of the Navision Dynamics MRP management system, REACH/RoHS regulations, and production environments is highly valued.
