About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team at Printful. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced digital advertising campaigns across various platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  3. Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  4. Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum impact.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  6. A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  7. Landing Page Optimization: Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion rates, with a clear learning agenda in place to continuously improve conversion rate (CR%) performance.
  8. Collaboration with the Creative Team: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content that resonates with target audiences.
  9. Utilization of Advanced Analytics Tools: Utilize advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) to measure and report on campaign performance.
  10. Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  11. Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and performance summaries to senior management, clearly communicating results and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Digital Advertising: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on PPC, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  2. Proven Experience in Campaign Management: Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget digital campaigns with a strong ROI.
  3. Proficiency in Digital Advertising Platforms: Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  4. Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Excel to analyze performance metrics.
  5. A/B Testing and Multivariate Experiments: Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  6. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
