About the Role

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level solutions to support business programs and project teams. This role will focus on adapting and maintaining application systems, requiring strong analytical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to business management and IT project teams on complex systems and solutions.
  • Launch and execute business-oriented programs, ensuring alignment with Sibelco's systems and processes.
  • Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode, collaborating with Solution Analysts.
  • Review RFI's and RFP's to ensure compliance with Sibelco's evaluation process and principles.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP (SAP), HR solution (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), and BI (PowerBI, Azure BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish.
