Cybersecurity Manager

Ward Technology Talent is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to oversee and manage information management security programs and practices across our organization and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, IT risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity program to protect our information assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement best practices in cybersecurity, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of new security solutions and enhancements to existing security solutions.
- Ensure alignment with industry-recognized frameworks, such as COSO, COBIT, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC27001.
- Provide oversight to investigations into problematic activity and communicate with senior management.
- Engage with peers in IT teams and subsidiaries to foster enterprise-wide understanding of security goals and solicit feedback.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network security audits and established cybersecurity guidelines or frameworks.
- Experience with security incident management processes and knowledge of common information security management frameworks.
- Innovative thinking and leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with technology infrastructure and components, such as cloud computing, operating systems, databases, and networking technologies.
