Corporate Relations Manager Spain and Southern Europe

Diageo is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Manager to join our team in Spain and Southern Europe. As a key member of our Corporate Relations team, you will be responsible for protecting and promoting Diageo's reputation and license to operate in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement public affairs and corporate communications plans to support Diageo's business objectives in Spain and Southern Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on corporate reputation and crisis management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement crisis communications plans.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including PR agencies and public affairs consultants.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate relations, public affairs, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful public affairs and corporate communications plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
