Job Title: Mainframe Sales Director - EMEA

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales director to lead our EMEA sales team for Broadcom's CA portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, retention, and competitive displacement in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA.
  2. Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.
  5. Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  2. Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  6. Fluency in English; fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
