Group Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to lead our Pricing team in a fast-growing scale-up. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing a pricing strategy that drives revenue growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a pricing strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and strategy.
- Partner with pricing and revenue management teams to define pricing strategies across B2C and B2B2C channels.
- Design and build teams to efficiently achieve company and domain objectives.
- Own the roadmaps of the domain as a whole and ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver complex cross-team features and initiatives leading to significant improvements in competitiveness and revenue.
- Innovate in the way travel inventory is priced.
- Slingshot pricing products from rule-based to AI-based approaches.
- Design the state-of-the-art B2C pricing system supporting optimization for CLTV and longer-term customer relationships.
- Optimize B2B2C pricing strategies and products for real-time pricing in the competitive landscape.
- Build comprehensive costs and revenue predictions models.
- Design and implement innovative ways of pricing travel itineraries and ancillaries related to them.
- Define domain objectives to empower product teams to find the best possible solution for a given problem.
- Innovate based on analytics, market trends, customer research, and any other source of insights.
- 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role in the IT industry, successfully launching multiple B2C/B2B2C products.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- People management experience.
- Strong product, business, and technology acumen and entrepreneurship drive.
- Hands-on knowledge of data, statistics, and statistical principles.
- 6+ years of experience in driving product development in agile environments.
- Good understanding of microeconomics concepts.
- Basic techniques of Machine Learning.
- Strong technical background.
