Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our properties. You will work closely with our hospitality team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our properties, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Conduct thorough apartment walkthroughs and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Assist with guest issues and concerns, and work with our hospitality team to resolve any problems.
  • Travel to various locations as required to perform maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance, with a focus on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in a skilled trade, such as HVAC, electrical, or carpentry, is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.
