What You'll Do

As a member of our GeoAnalytics team, you will be solving a variety of location-based analytical problems for our clients. You will utilize your knowledge of geospatial data and analytics while using tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Python, and visualization/analytical platforms (e.g. Tableau, Alteryx). You will leverage a range of techniques such as geospatial clustering, network analysis, location-based optimization, and predictive analytics/modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement geospatial data analysis solutions for clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute analytical projects
• Conduct web-based research for open data sources and stitch together disparate datasets to conduct custom analyses
• Apply geospatial data, tools, and technology to solve problems for businesses across multiple topics

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in GeoAnalytics with an advanced degree preferred
• Relevant degree in a geospatial-related field such as Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Remote Sensing, Urban Planning, Statistics/GeoStatistics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Previous experience working in a global organization or professional services firm is preferred
