About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Calypso Fixed Income Area within BBVA CIB SWD Engineering. This pivotal role is responsible for managing multi-geography projects related to Fixed Income (FI) operations and Collateral functionalities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead medium and large-scale projects in the Fixed Income area, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Oversee and allocate resources for efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various geographies.
  • Manage relationships with Back Office (BO) and Clearings users, providing support and ensuring transparent communication.
  • Identify, gather, and clarify business requirements for projects.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential deviations from project plans.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards in project implementation.
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and cost management.
