**Job Summary**
Aristocrat is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to own and manage our Class III Slot product portfolio in the EMEA and LATAM regions. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Aristocrat's business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of the product roadmap, working closely with game development studios, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch new product ideas to customers, identifying opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends and developing execution plans.
- Provide direction for GTM and Product Growth efforts for new game releases, ensuring a clear and accurate understanding of compliance and/or regulatory/legal changes.
- Develop and implement best practice methodologies to improve the effectiveness of the EMEA & LATAM product teams.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience in a slot machine (EGM) focused role, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Strong verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft D365 Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Flexible with international travel and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
