The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager - Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI product strategy and execution in Vehicle Claims.

This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that align with our business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy for AI products in Vehicle Claims, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  2. Product Roadmap: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.
  3. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing product development and positioning.
  5. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, translating these insights into product requirements and enhancements.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  7. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and industry best practices, fostering a culture of innovation within the product team.
  9. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI or related technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, with a track record of delivering successful products.
