Job Title: Compliance Analyst

At Td Synnex, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our Ethics and Compliance Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Ethics and Compliance Program in the Region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the identification of data to prepare analyses, reports, and updates related to the Ethics and Compliance program.
  • Create, implement, and administer reporting related to the Ethics and Compliance program.
  • Perform administrative duties, including distribution of compliance information, maintaining compliance documentation, and managing compliance-related databases.
  • Assist in the distribution of Ethics and Compliance Department policies and procedures.
  • Develop and track Ethics and Compliance program monitoring activities through analytics (financial data, dashboards, and other metrics).
  • Ensure proper record keeping relating to internal investigations of compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with other corporate functions to improve workflow of internal investigation processes, from case assignment through reporting.
  • Support the management of the case management system.
  • Coordinate compliance efforts with Ethics and Compliance Department team members and operational areas.
  • Provide information for audits and compliance-related certifications.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and Company compliance programs to address and mitigate defined compliance risks.
  • Support implementation and delivery of effective compliance training.
  • Prepare materials and data needed for meetings, conferences, appointments, etc.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange meeting locations, and take meeting minutes as requested.
  • Support the management of the TD Synnex Ethics Line case management system by responding to reports of alleged violations of the Code of Conduct, related Company policies, and applicable law.
  • Support the Ethics and Compliance Department in conducting investigations of such alleged violations, when needed.
Requirements:
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Focused on execution and detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) is a must.
  • Financial and other data analytics skills desirable.
  • Able to work with confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstrated ability to present and disseminate information in a concise and easily understandable way.
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to interact positively and effectively with others at various levels within the organization and outside parties.
