Join Our Team as a Sales Growth Specialist

At Kantox, we are in search of a dynamic Sales Growth Specialist to enhance our exceptional Sales team and play a pivotal role within our organization.

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist who is fluent in French. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our sales pipeline by engaging with key decision-makers in our target accounts and efficiently qualifying incoming leads.

The Sales Development team consists of diverse international members focusing on various local markets, including French, Italian, DACH, Spain, and the UK. Your Role at Kantox

Reporting to the Business Development Team Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a comprehensive resource on Kantox’s operations, the challenges we address, and the advantages we offer to enterprises.
  • Conducting impactful initial discovery and qualification discussions via phone, LinkedIn, and email with key stakeholders from our target accounts.
  • Assessing inbound leads by leveraging your in-depth understanding of the Kantox value proposition and its applications.
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities from incoming leads through initial phone and email interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system (Salesforce).

Who You Are

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who is willing to assist others when necessary.
  • Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold emailing and cold calling.
  • A highly organized individual who is self-motivated, driven, and focused on achieving results.
  • Native proficiency in French.
  • Previous experience in a B2B Sales or Business Development role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
